this hotel is something else! i enjoyed the large room and the comfortable bed, it was fantastic! the bathroom was modern and very clean, a total upgrade. parking was super easy with plenty of spaces available, perfect for my rental car.
the coffee in the cafe tasted a bit weak.

the staff was friendly and so helpful throughout my visit, i could not believe it! they helped me change rooms with no fuss, that was so good. the staff in the cafe were really nice and quick, and the coffee and cake was delicious!

i loved the swimming pool, it felt warm and super relaxing, that was great! the gym had every single thing i needed, it felt just as good as my usual gym. the hotel grounds felt really attractive and well kept.

the room was spacious the beautiful suite garden view no pets had patio doors facing the lovely gardens chairs outside allowed enjoyment of the evening sun inside the room were comfortable chairs for watching tv the bathroom included a deep bath. the pool was an added welcome feature.
the staff seemed overwhelmed i was asked to wait in the cafe it took quite a while to get someone to serve drinks nobody was available to show us to our rooms it was a long walk.

my room included patio doors that opened directly to the garden it was furnished with chairs both inside and outside the bathroom was big it offered a deep bath.

the pool area offered a pleasant addition to my stay i did notice some delays at the cafe when trying to get served the staff seemed busy the check-in process was slow and i did not get assistance finding my room.

I found kathy at reception particularly helpful. She moved me to a more accessible room. she was friendly and always smiling. i booked two treatments at the spa and thoroughly enjoyed both, the therapist was professional. sitting in the relaxation room after was very relaxing.
i found a slight red wine stain near the bed.

The manor is set in beautiful grounds. The gym was comprehensive with modern machines and free weights. Plenty of parking is available onsite.

I REALLY enjoyed the gym , it had EVERYTHING i needed. The Oak flooring in the room was beautiful.
The walk from the newer building to the main manor house felt slightly inconvenient.
